A strong but romantic and cool soul. This sparkling has a bright and deep pink colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals delicate notes of berries followed by a large bouquet and fragrant hints of croissant. In the mouth, it is very fresh, well balanced and with excellent persistence. A complex simplicity, intriguing and never banal.
WHEN: Happy hour is its perfect time, but the combination with more elegant fish dishes teases the bravest one.
HOW: Drink it while listening to Mellon collie and the infinite sadness by Smashing Pumpkins and watching Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind by Michel Gondry.

The zebra: unpredictable and refined, wise and crazy, gritty and direct. The sparkling wine to which we have entrusted the perfect harmony derived from selecting the best grapes of a particular harvest. This vintage has a straw-yellow colour, with delicate golden hues, and a fine, creamy perlage. It develops an intriguing complexity in the nose, where floral notes match with fruity ones, leading to spicy and hazelnut nuances. In the mouth it is straight and elegant, with a savoury finish and great persistence.
WHEN: Polyhedral. A perfect match for the most important moments. Fish or white meat make no difference. Astonishing character and drinkability.
HOW: Drink it while listening to Kid A by Radiohead and watching Birdman, Alejandro González Iñárritu's masterpiece.
BLEND: 100% Pinot Nero

VINIFICATION: Soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The grapes come from a single Cru vineyard dedicated to this project. The 10% of the grapes are left to age in second-passage barriques before being blended with the remaining must. This is followed by a good 96 month ageing on the lees and a period of well-deserved rest in the bottle for over 24 months.

A successful panther, who knows how to enjoy life despite her mature age. Safe, intense and upright like few others: you won't find many of them around. Brera is the sparkling wine with which you can touch the sky. A mixture of complexity and freshness that finds its balance 11 years after the harvest. A pure Pinot Noir which has a golden yellow colour. The nose reveals spicy notes of vanilla and almonds with a finish that opens up into a thrilling bouquet. It maintains the freshness of the early days in the mouth, with a unique persistence and balance.
WHEN: Perfect wine for special occasions. It winks at “noodles with caviar” and then reaches meditation.
HOW: Drink it while listening to Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band by Beatles and watching Paul Thomas Anderson’s masterpiece The Oilman.

The latest arrival but also the wildest. It is the rocker of the group that never cease to surprise. It has a straw yellow color, with delicate golden reflections, and a perlage fine and persistent. The nose develops an intriguing complexity, where the floral notes match with the fruity ones, resulting in broken and nutty nuances. In the mouth it is decisive, straight and intense. Even its persistence never disappoints.
WHEN: It is not afraid of any daring combinations. Indeed it manages to surprise both with meat and large seafood dishes with its irriverence.
